That is the twitter account of the Minister of Defence of the Ukraine.  So Nazis did end up in USSR POW camps in Siberia.  The USA was not on the Eastern front in WW2-USSR fighting from the east to west for years before any US troops landed on D Day and moved west to east.  Allies converged on Germany with the USSR first to get to Berlin.
