NP - the pool is not a “cutoff” per se as there is no minimum score to parent refer. The pool is just a minimum score at which a child will be considered even if NOT parent referred. Children in-pool are considered basically no matter what. Last year I believe the in-pool cutoff score stuck with the common, rarely-deviated-from score of 132.[/quote]
