Relay carnival is typically a zoo and corralling the kids to get together with their relay teams and to their races at the right time can be tough.  If it's allowed this year, I hope MCSL and teams account for sufficient volunteer staffing.  Pure spectators are the most expendable part of the event.  [/quote]
