Not many other clubs have threads on the refund topic. There are many clubs who gave refunds and therefore there is no thread about them.

Loudoun, being the largest club in VA should lead on this and not do “what is in line with other clubs”.

Accurate analysis. I tried to empathize with their situation as a business and fixed costs - how wouldn't I?  as a business owner I am suffering these forced house-arrest consequences in my own flesh. But, when I found out that they were spending over $600,000 in just 5 individuals (some of whom by the way are incompetent and unprofessional to say the least) I lost all respect for them. To add insult to injury not one of their staff has taken a pay cut AND they have received money from that PPP loan program.

Honestly, parents who will continue with Loudoun Soccer in the Fall and beyond (if there is any soccer anyways) can you please share the exact reasons? Besides the fact that you obviously have $$ to throw around. [/quote]

Why we will stay. 
1) our kid likes teammates
2) it’s logistically convenient
3) high level competition (ECNL)
4) we’ve been with a number of other clubs. It’s no better. Unprofessional coaches and admins are the norm for clubs and for the Loudoun team my kid is on the coach is professional (maybe not the best tactically, but acts professionally and respectfully to kids and parents) and so is the administration. Maybe some other clubs are giving a little bit more $$ back, but that’s not evident. Loudoun is being singled out primarily due to its size. Yes, some of their staff make too much $$ for what they do, and yes they should have given more back to those that didn’t get to play and practice in the spring.

[b]Bring a class action law suit if there is such a concern and make them settle[/b]. Hire a lawyer. Go after the club owners financially, but leave the rest of the club that doesn’t make these decisions alone.
