The students with disabilities comparison is fairly meaningless, because at SWS that almost exclusively means HFA b/c of their special placement program... I think DCPS actually even acknowledges somewhere that the "students with disabilities" category lumps together physical and mental disabilities so may not be particularly useful when comparing schools that have a "random" assortment of disabled students to schools that have a special program targeting one kind of disability.[/quote]
