This is so dumb. There are MORE poor white ppl in this country than blacks. I actually predict this will help white rural people quite a bit as well as poor asians.

True but if a poor white man puts on some grubby khakis and a t-shirt and walks into a building it's assumed he belongs there and that he is a and productive member of society who just has poor taste in clothing.
If you put a poor black man in some grubby khakis and a t-shirt when he walks into a building it's assumed he doesn't belong there and that he is probably a criminal with a record a mile long. And that is due to what?  Is it due to the fact that blacks work hard and are getting ahead in society or is it due to blacks benefiting from courtesy handouts from companies trying to be more diverse?
