I have requested the copy of the counseling record (counselor said she needs to ask supervisor if the records can be released to me or only to another provider). I told her I am looking for a family counselor. I also went to the police station to request a copy of their report. I am not sure how much they will release yet. After I have read the report I will call cps and ask to speak to the case manager and request all info I can get (in writing). Also will talk to the lawyer within this week just to get his perspective on this. [/quote]
