Do you have any idea how dangerous and damaging your false information is? You have set yourself up as judge, jury, and executioner! Why are you so excited to proclaim this man a murderer? A person like you is really frightening!

Where does it say that? All I read is they shared the baby on different days and after she disappeared he had the child. An informal arrangement is very different from custody.
Knew it - there was no formal custody agreement. Not only was she taking him to court but she was also asking for custody of the child and presumably - child support. He killed her exactly a month before their scheduled court date.

Wrong. This is being misunderstood. This is the temporary custody hearing for CPS to place the baby with her maternal grandparents. Filed after the arrest.
The baby is already with her maternal grandparents so where’s your proof to the contrary? While the hearing is still next week.
Do you have an article saying she is WITH the grandparents? Everything I’ve read still says she’s in protective custody and they plan/hope to place her with maternal grandparents.

The video link you posted said court records don't indicate who filed or when it was filed. Inaccurate information is HARMFUL SPECULATION that serves no other purpose than to stroke one's ego while slamming another person's character and reputation!

She could have seen her son acting nonchalent at some point between Kelsey's murder and the disposal of her body.
Grandma might really and truly believe that her son is innocent and her main goal right now is keeping that baby safe among the people in her family that are familiar with her.
