Woman here, the responses seem exhausting. I can’t imagine experiencing these kinds of thoughts all day long. It seems distracting and akin to torture honestly. I’m just wondering how men are able to focus and mostly play it off??
THIS And to have all these fantasies of women you can’t have is frustrating.
You don't get it. Probably you'll never get it. The sex thoughts flash through the brain unbidden and are gone in a fraction of a second. They cause no distraction, no pain, no frustration. It's like any other random thought generated by the monkey mind. If the man was actively thinking, with his conscious mind, for a lengthy period about having sex with some fantasy woman,* then that could be a cause of distraction and frustration, but that's different from the transient "up from the subconscious" sex thoughts. * To be sure, men have those "deliberate" types of fantasies, too... for example when they're masturbating.
