If you live in MOCO, work on federal property in DC, apparently there is no impact aid.  The form lists sites in MD only.  DC also doesn't get the money.

FCPS gets about 3 million.  LEA's do NOT get impact aid for known unaccompanied minors [released to sponsors]  even after the post DACA surge.

So an NIH researcher living in Rockville produces impact aid but an illegal unaccompanied minor released to a sponsor in MOCO does not.
