They compound their own phentermine and give it to you in 15 (mg?) pills. I found it hard to mimic the effect of the prescription strength 37.5 that you get with Dr. A. 30 was too little and 45 was too much. I also found the 5-HTP/carbidopa didn't really do anything for cravings. YMMV. [/quote]
