It seems this spiritual godmother she had was right all along.

Seconds after Ben Affleck made the decision to postpone his wedding to Jennifer Lopez, she rushed to see her spiritual godmother, Mele Gonzalez – who told her that Affleck’s decision was correct.

Gonzalez has such a hold over Lopez that when the Santeria adviser told Lopez that the release dates for “Gigli,” her first big-screen outing with Ben, were bad choices – spiritually speaking – Lopez lobbied to have Revolution Studios and Columbia change the days. But it was too late.

“Revolution did try to change the opening date of ‘Gigli’ but they couldn’t,” the pal noted.

“The decision to marry Ben was the only thing Jennifer did that Mele told her not to.”

I can see Ben mortified by such superstitious passions. It’s obvious Jennifer Hasn’t changed  as even her movie with Fonda had some sort of zodiac love council as in astrology /sun signs preordaining romantic/love ties .
