I really don't know all of the ins and outs with Valor as far as what you get for your 'value', but they operate basically like other clubs in the area and really don't come out with a huge surplus.  All of this is public information.

Valor having a profit of 8k one year or 50k another is nothing compared to a club like Arlington that can have a surplus of over a million dollars.
