Apparently the Pentagon was confused about the funds holdup.  "They even began to prepare a legal challenge to the freezing of the funds, leading to an unprecedented fight within the Trump administration."  Think about that for a second.  The Pentagon was preparing to sue the WH.

So, for those that obsess about the whistleblower, remember, s/he is only one small part of the govt folks losing it over Trump's actions. [/quote]
