These kids are still in development mode and I think should be learning more than a single position under game conditions. Combine that movement with substitution philosophy and it could be difficult and uncomfortable for much of the game if you have 18+. I really like 16, but I get that it is limiting to the player pool, training access and revenue. [/quote]
