Only two states (Kentucky and West Virginia) adopted the standards before June 2010, and both did so after the standards were developed. At best, you could say that many states adopted the standards IN THE SAME MONTH that the final standards were released. If you still want to support the assertion that the states that adopted the standards in June 2010 did so before the final standards were released, then please compile a list of the exact dates in June 2010 that the June 2010-states adopted the standards, and post the list here. Please also provide a link to the exact date in June 2010 that the final standards were released. I look forward to your information with interest.[/quote]
