That's not how it works. Vomiting indicates serious overconsumption of alcohol. You're not magically better because you throw up. You're still really, really drunk. The alcohol remains in the bloodstream and needs to be processed by the liver, which takes time. You've just expelled some of the toxins so you feel less sick.

NP. Of course they can. But pretty hard to pin that when it's pretty clear both of these people were black out drunk. That's a bit more than being a barfy dude. Video footage shows them both being so drunk they leave the bar to vomit (separately). He wouldn't remember, she isn't here to say, and probably wouldn't remember anyway. There's quite a bit of video footage pre-incident. [/quote]
