Yes, well said. Despite all the dysfunction, I think there is also some degree of genuine connection there. Now that he'll be more independently successful and in a position for her to cease belittling him, they might have a chance. Likely fleeting in the end, since he'll still fundamentally be in a servile position and she can't respect that.[/quote]
