IB for Maury, I like that part of the neighborhood. Impressed it's under 900k. If this were May, I'd say it was going for 40k over ask, no question. But now I have no idea. I think they priced it correctly for the current market but the wildcard is what buyers in that price range are thinking. My feeling is that if you can afford a 900k house, this one is mostly upside and even at a higher rate, go for it. But then I'm not that buyer so I don't know.

I love the the natural wood trim and the built ins in the living room. Also love how warm the kitchen is -- it's not "on trend" but I think it has a classic feel. Would want to see the flooring up close -- it looks fine in the photos but I'm always suspicious of flooring changes in houses with this layout. The main issue is when the flooring in the kitchen is noticeably lower quality than the rest of the floor.[/quote]
