We have a WhatsApp group and that’s really connected us - party invites, kids gathering at the playground, community announcements, recommendations about service providers, etc. There are a lot of families, but also newlyweds and empty nesters.

The location is beautiful. Because it’s located on a hill, the views and sunsets are spectacular. Kentlands, Crown, Washingtonian Center are all nearby.

We have absolutely no regrets about buying here. For us, it’s perfect.
