Use examples like Colorado, where they gave free contraceptives, and the abortion rate droppd by half and the program more than paid for itself because WIC, CHIP and other costs drop too.  Free contraceptives not only reduces abortions significantly, it is actually a fiscally conservative thing to do.[/quote]
