Normally to fill a lower-level team as a revenue effort (get as many parents as possible to pay who desperately want their kid to play travel).

-They will produce X coach once they understand they have the overhead to cover it, however this will very likely be a very low-level, bottom of barrel and inexperienced coach.

They had tryouts and the coach that selected the team quit before the season started. So they hired Al and we love him. [/quote]
