The original contention was "Curation should be done librarians for the benefit of the schoolchildren - not Fox News addled nincompoops who've never read a book on their own."  Curation is still done by librarians perhaps with some help form the BOE and school central office.  The idea that one person can unilaterally remove a book from schools is simply false.  The fact is that leftists just don't like non-leftists taking an Interest in education because you want porn in school libraries and CRT taught in classrooms.[/quote]
