The reality is that D3 schools can provide an opportunity to play lacrosse at the college level and as important maybe more importantly get a great education and some of the most elite colleges in the nation. My son also appreciated the fact that playing D3 was not a full time job. He was even able to fit in additional extracurricular activities and work as a research assistant which he would not have been able to do had he played at the D1 level.[/quote]
