What are you talking about? You’re angry that Israel is not attacking Germany? Why would that make anything better for anyone? Israel did not exist at the time of the Holocaust, so it couldn’t possibly have defended against it. What makes you think Israel has memory-holed Germany?

Besides that, Germany is not still trying to exterminate its Jewish population or the population of all its neighboring states and has paid reparations to Israel for the Holocaust. The Nazi Party is illegal there, and Israel held trials for a variety of former Nazi war criminals. Hezbollah, in contrast, was run until this week by the same leaders as during the last war and it is still firing missiles into Israel. Even by the “logic” you seem to be espousing, the situations aren’t remotely similar. Except that they both involve dead Jews. [/quote]
