When you’re willing to spend many millions on a school that doesn’t need to be built, as is Frisch, you’re also willing to play fast and loose with boundaries.  He does not care about kids or education. He tried to bolt the School Board as soon as he could for a seat in the state legislature, but he lost. [/quote]
