[/quote] Somewhat disagree. When this issue occurs, it tends to appear and is perceived as more of a revenue effort resulting in substandard training and development. We all understand there's always going be some slight nuances with vetting a coach, however, providing that up front, some pre-planning and transparency goes along way. IMO, providing that fidelity early leverages more trust out of the parents in allocating them more decision-making space. [/quote]
