It certainly doesn’t seem like she is a fan of Wayfarer, but if she was harassed, it would be astounding to me that she wouldn’t want to just cooperate but instead make this public spectacle. You can’t exactly argue. She doesn’t want to be a part of this because these actions have drawn a ton more attention than if she were to just cooperate.

If she was harassed she should just simply cooperate and make that known, and tell her story and be done with it. But, if she wasn’t harassed, and it is true what people are speculating, she talked out of both sides of her mouth and told Blake what she wanted to hear or now realizes that she was easily swayed by Blake, that would be an explanation for why she is doing this.[/quote]

DP. I think it's not necessarily black and white. I see it as quite possible that Ferrer is a fact witness to some statements that Blake considered inappropriate, but Ferrer didn't feel harassed (assuming that Jenny Slate is the only other actress who complained). And it begs the question, if Blake was not there for filming, and no one involved in filming was offended, does that contribute to Blake's hostile work environment? I'd say no, and always thought it was weird that Blake took control over the scenes with young Lily based on her being uncomfortable with Baldoni.[/quote]
