You'd have to be okay with that. Try to get one that's on the end for more outdoor potential/privacy. There's a bunch in phase 1 that have put up patios, landscaping, and fences which helps maximize the space and makes it feel cozy even. I like the less traditional layout of the Hamlets and having the garage in the back - it works for our family![/quote]
