Why? It's a fair trade - the R base biggest bugaboo is the wall and the D base is health care.

Make a grand bargain. National health care for wall. Luckily there's a successful country that's managed both and that the WH has a great relationship with.

A $75B wall is not going to solve ANY of the issues that currently exist at the border. None. Why do so-called fiscal conservatives want to go through 25 years of eminent domain lawsuits and blow even more of a hole inf the debt and deficit for this? Answer - the don't. They just don't want to stand up to Trump. If they had wanted this, it would have happened a year or two ago. And why isn't Mexico paying for it as Trump pledged?[/quote]
