The US Park and Planning Commission?
Who the hell said a friggin frisbee is an off-limits object to a playground?
I've scoured the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s [i]Public Playground Safety Handbook[/i] [url]http://www.cpsc.gov//PageFiles/122149/325.pdf[/url] which they update every single year and I swear I don't see anything about outside toys being off-limits.[/quote]
