WTH? This is a business not a charity fund. Consumers get to decide whether they want to use the goods or services based on the value to them. If I go to the restaurant and the food tastes bad, the place isn't spotless, the service is off or whatever I don't say well they want to be accessible to everyone so I'll come back again even though I didn't enjoy it.
