He/she will be in the best position to tell you what prognosis you have based on your age and test results. For some people polyp removal indeed resolves infertility, but for others who may have additional underlying causes of IF, removing the polyp does not automatically lead to conception. I had 2 polyps removed a year ago, but had 2 unsuccessful IVFs since. Some people on this thread had much better luck.[/quote]
