There has been a moratorium on foreclosures in the District for quite some time now. They are just now starting to issue title policies for foreclosures. There were not any foreclosures in all of DC 2 years ago. [/quote] Sorry, PP, believe it. I don't know who posted this story, but I know the JKLM family it refers to, and the story is true. The foreclosure was prior to 2 years ago.[/quote]
