Actually, that's not true. The male victim's ex-roommate mentioned the parking issues with that shooter, as did another neighbor who said the shooter was constantly harassing people in the complex about parking and noise. I'm not one of the PPs who is adamant that this is not a hate crime. I don't think anyone at this stage can be adamant one way or the other. [/quote]
