I always picture some haggard looking woman sitting in her kitchen typing away on her laptop and it takes all the sting out. I tend to respect the people who are genuinely friendly and kind. Those, to me, seem like the powerful people and the people I would respect and want to be friends with IRL. maybe because their lack of bitterness makes me think they have a happier life and thus are wiser.
