[/quote] Update on this case, spotted on another thread: http://www.mcall.com/bs-hs-midwife-suit-decision-20130710-story.html The Maryland Court of Special appeals ruled that yes, the jury blew it, but because of the judge's ruling about what information could be shared with the jury regarding the midwife's negligence. [/quote]
