Since they reached the shores of Africa, whites have tried to understand (and them promptly crush/change) the motivation of black people. It's not happening. Forget going back to the days of Jim Crow when blacks knew their place. Yes, there is a subsection of the race who are fuck-ups. The same can be said for white people. And you don't have hundreds of years of oppression to use as an excuse, so what's your answer to why so many whites are fuck-ups?
