Maybe [b]DCPS[/b] does have detailed regulations laying out a ten-part test used to assess primary residency...but someone needs to cite to it before I can take any of these liar/cheater claims seriously.

I would like to point out that residency is governed by [b]OSSE[/b] not DCPS.  Both DCPS and DCPCSB report to [b]OSSE[/b].  Feel free to go to the [b]OSSE[/b] for further details.[/quote]
