You would and should go to jail for lying about where you live. The problem is not owning more than one property. The problem is not living in your property and using that address only to get your kid into a better school. Your OP said explicitly that. Sorry you are back tracking now.
As I said, some of us choose what's more important (READ MY KID'S EDUCATION) and live where we feel they are providing those. You are trying to cheat the system. I hope you get caught.
