It isn't a private school that can just use expulsion to skirt their responsibility to educate all students in the district. It is a PUBLIC charter school and should step up and meet their responsibilities. Sorry, BASIS, but if you can't educate the students as you promised, then you don't deserve your charter.[/quote]
