GC gets the nod because they won all their DC area matchups again. Too bad they couldn't play SSSAS.  Clear two best teams.  SR in top tier though, as they created significant gaps with the rest of the group.

Visi was the strongest of this tier wire to wire.  Potomac more consistent down the stretch even though they lost to SJC early. SJC's wins over Archbishop Spalding and Potomac, keep them here, although they stumbled against Tier 3 teams a couple of times. Bottom line, these teams would be favored against any opponent in Tier 3, and 4 goal+ underdogs against any opponent in Tier 1.

Tier 3

7. Holton-Arms
8. PVI
9. Holy Child
10. Bishop Ireton

Specific order for 7-9 is reasonable to question.  Holton beat PVI and HC, and were arguably more consistent, including keeping most of their losses close.  PVI might argue they should be up a tier based on their win over SJC, and Holy Child will point to a roster with a couple more D1 commits and good balance across classes, but believe this is a fair order.  Open to interpretation.
