Comey's story has always been the he didn't authorize the leak and didn't know about it until after the article was published  McCabe's story has always been that he leaked without Comey's prior authorization, but told Comey about it after the fact and Comey was supportive.  The DOJ IG concluded that Comey was telling the truth and McCabe wasn't.  But even if you believe McCabe, Comey still didn't authorize the leak.  And the DOJ IG report doesn't mention anyone else who said Comey did authorize it.      [/quote]
