[/quote] I'm not disagreeing with that, just the mentality that living on campus is going to magically become more appealing unless landlords compete more somehow (which when the arguments being made here are all based on location I'm not sure how that would be accomplished). If that was true dorms would be at capacity for fall. It's good to know that there are options for both groups of people, but almost nobody is going to be equally interested in both. The new dorms are more significantly going to accomplish making more high schoolers interested. [/quote]
