Not understanding due process isn’t a character flaw—it doesn’t mean someone isn’t paying attention or doesn’t care.

It might help Democrats—and bring more people over to their side—if these ideas were explained in simple, clear language. Think third-grade level. Not because people aren’t smart, but because legal jargon can feel confusing or alienating.

Erin Brockovich (film version) connected with people in life-or-death situations by dropping the legal speak and just talking to them like real human beings. She wasn't uptight, she wasn't arrogant..she just used straight talk and empathy.

Try that and see what happens.
