Speed training makes a big difference and in fact is very complementary to putting on size (ever see a sprinter? friggin hulking). If someone wants to get faster and have better footwork while muscling up, they totally can. Comes down to the commitment. If they want it, it's doable. So, can't agree with the blanket statements bc who TF knows who wants it that much and who doesn't? It's one reason the portal is so valuable to coaches - proven desire once away from parental influence.[/quote]
