Um, maybe take a look at the school demographics during the time period ps when those people that you’ve named actually attended the school.  Things do change over the decades.  Check back in a few years if you want a better sense of the accomplishments of more recent Stuyvesant graduates. [/quote]
Point taken. But the fact of the matter remains true. Asian kids shine in elementary through high school thanks to extreme Tiger parenting. Beyond that, Tiger parenting does not and cannot work any longer. In fact, from college years and beyond, the detrimental effects of Tiger parenting become surfaced.[/quote]
