We have a great transit system for a smaller city and people are afraid to take Metro. Ridership declines and together with fare evasion it becomes unsustainable and too expensive for people to use. Traffic gets worse as people have to RTO. Someone had been focusing on performative BS? Then they weren’t doing their jobs.[/quote]
