Thank you for your response. However, as someone relatively new to all of this, I find it a bit confusing to understand who is responsible for what. I was particularly surprised to learn that the LSC Chief Timing Officer is the only role authorized to upload data into SWIMS 3.0. That seems quite restrictive, though I imagine there’s substantial reconciliation taking place before the data is approved for the system.

I want to clarify that my inquiry was not meant to come across as unreasonable. While I don’t believe your remarks about "insanity" were warranted, I will take the high road and apologize if my tone came off as offensive. That was certainly not my intent.
