Herndon parent again: It all comes down to Reid and Tyson - both are well aware of what is going on. They need to step up and take charge. Otherwise it will continue as is.  Noto made it crystal clear she is not a good leader so it’s on Reid/Tyson to take action now. [/quote]

DP without SBG and only reading here but thought point of retakes was to give chance for kids to increase grades and that was one result from PTA letters. What is point of retakes if not that? Why introduce it then and why letters to college admissions offices?[/quote]

From May 2 PTA link above, retakes ARE solely to potentially increase grade and no grade can be lowered by a retake. No kid is doing a retake unless they hope to get better score to increase grade. Teachers are accepting because they have been told that have to.[/quote]
